The New York Law Journal and the New York City Bar will co-sponsor a debate among Richard M. Aborn, Leslie Crocker Snyder and Cyrus R. Vance Jr., the three Democrats vying to succeed Robert M. Morgenthau as Manhattan district attorney. Mr. Morgenthau, 90, announced in February he would not seek a 10th term after 34 years in office. The debate is set for Thursday, Sept. 10, at 8:30 a.m. at the City Bar, 42 West 44th St.
