Driving
From the North via I-270
Follow I-270 South to 495 South/Virginia. Take the George Washington Parkway exit. Follow until the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge exit. Exit and cross the bridge, staying in the left lane. Follow signs to E Street. Take E Street to 17th Street. Turn left on 17th Street. 17th Street will become Connecticut Avenue at K Street. Turn right on DeSales Street. The PMI parking garage is on the left. Exit the parking garage on M Street—1730 M Street is directly to your left.
From the South via I-95
Follow I-95 North toward Washington. I-95 North will run into 395 North (at Springfield). Stay in the left lane. Follow signs to Washington/Route 1 North (left exit). You will cross the 14th Street Bridge. Take 14th Street to M Street. Turn left on M Street. Cross over 17th Street. The PMI parking garage for 1730 M Street is on the left. Exit the parking garage on M Street—1730 M Street is directly to your left.
From the West via I-66
Follow I-66 East toward Washington. Cross into the District via the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge, staying in the left lane. Follow signs to E Street. Take E Street to 17th Street. From the East via Route 50
Follow Route 50 West. (Route 50 becomes New York Avenue when it enters the District.) Take New York Avenue to Massachusetts Avenue westbound (look for signs in the area of 6th and 7th Streets, N.W.). Take Massachusetts Avenue to Scott Circle (stay above ground). Enter the circle, proceed a little more than halfway around and exit at M Street. Cross over 17th Street. The PMI parking garage for 1730 M Street is on the left. Exit the parking garage on M Street—1730 M Street is directly to your left.
