Jerry Howe, 57, has joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson's Washington office as a partner in the government-contracts and aerospace and defense practices. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private-equity transactions in the aerospace and defense industry. Previously, he was senior vice president and general counsel at TASC Inc. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

HUSCH BLACKWELL

Robert Stang, 56, has joined Husch Blackwell's Washington office as a partner focusing on customs and international trade law. Previously, he was of counsel to Greenberg Traurig. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.

MCGUIREWOODS

Louis Greenstein, 40, has joined McGuireWoods' Washington office as partner in the government, regulatory and criminal-investigations practice. He focuses on securities enforcement and compliance matters. Previously, he was a counsel to Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He earned his J.D. from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

POLSINELLI SHUGHART

Noam Fischman, 38, has joined Pol­si­nelli Shughart's Washington office as a partner in the commercial litigation practice. He focuses on risk management and mitigation in highly regulated industries. Previously, he was of counsel to Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.

SNR DENTON

Megan Delany, 37, has joined SNR Denton's Washington office as principal in the telecom and technology practice. She focuses on legislative and regulatory advocacy for communications industry clients. Previously, she was vice president for governmental affairs and counsel at General Communication Inc. She earned her J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
