The National Law Journal is accepting nominations for our 2013 Intellectual Property Hot List. We will highlight firms that focus significantly on patent, copyright or trademark work and have demonstrated creative strategies for litigation, patent prosecution, licensing and other transactional work. We want to hear about important matters that the firm handled during calendar year 2012.

The deadline for completing this survey is April 8.

In a Word document or PDF, please describe up to five litigation results at the trial or appellate levels, including verdicts and settlements; transactions; or other matters completed during calendar year 2012. Each result must have been achieved by lawyers practicing at your firm; do not submit wins by lateral hires while at their old firms. Please include names of clients, lead partners and opposing counsel, as well as contact information for lead counsel, co-counsel and lead opposing counsel. Please explain specifically your firm's contribution relative to any co-counsel, and identify co-counsel. Give dollar amounts where appropriate. Do NOT include confidential settlements. Please send your submissions to NLJSurveys@alm.com.

Please supply specific and verifiable answers to the questions, including client names and dollar amounts. If more than one firm represented your client, please specify your firm's role. You may submit matters from foreign courts or tribunals. Do not send general marketing materials. Please address any questions to Michael Moline at mmoline@alm.com .
