Victoria Harris, President, has directed our attorney search practice since 1992. In her 20+ years in attorney recruitment, she has placed many hundreds of attorneys as department heads, individual partners, associates, and practice groups in law firms; and in-house counsel for public and private companies. Kristen Stred, Vice- President, came to Seattle in 1984 after graduating from Harvard Law School. Her first career was as a business attorney, including holding the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel of two publicly traded companies.

Geographic areas covered: Search assignments primarily focus in Seattle and greater Pacific Northwest; candidates are recruited locally, nationally and internationally.

2011 placements: 60% were in-house counsel opportunities, including General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Counsel; 40% were partners, practice groups and associates in law firms.

Fees: 30% of annual compensation for contingency work; 25% for retainers, exclusivity and multiple placements; replacement guarantee; mergers/acquisitions are generally a negotiated percentage of the acquired firm's total collections from most recent fiscal year.
