Fees: 100% retained attorney search services; for individual search assignments, our fees are based on 30% of the starting annual salary of the candidate selected; if client firm supplies recruiter with specific individual to be contacted, fee rate will be discounted by 5%; for law firm mergers, fees are structured based on combined estimated billings of acquired practice; Aaron Consulting, Inc. will refund attorney search fees, on a prorated basis, for placements that are terminated when this conclusion is made and communicated within 180 days.
