The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will hear two nonprofit colleges' appeal that their challenge to the Affordable Care Act's contraception coverage provisions should be allowed to go forward. The ruling could set the tone for how other courts handle the roughly 40 cases around the country making similar legal arguments.
