Lindsay Burke, 38, has rejoined Covington & Burling as special counsel to the employment practice. She was previously a senior associate at Isler Dare Ray Radcliffe & Connolly. Burke focuses on equal pay, discrimination, privacy, leave, whistleblower and wage-and-hour matters. Burke earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
CROWELL & MORING
Richard Lehfeldt, 62, and Irving Yoskowitz, 67, join Crowell & Moring as a partner and senior counsel, respectively, to the environment, energy and resources practices. Yoskowitz also joins the corporate practice. Lehfeldt and Yoskowitz were previously with Dickstein Shapiro. Lehfeldt advises on transactions and energy-industry project development. Yoskowitz advises on ventures, acquisitions and divestitures. Lehfeldt and Yoskowitz both earned their J.D.s from Harvard Law School.
MCDERMOTT WILL & EMERY
Anne Marie Turner, 38, has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in the government strategies practice. Turner was previously senior counsel to the House Committee on Financial Services subcommittee on oversight and investigations. She focuses her practice on congressional and legislative investigations, and lobbying. Turner earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.
MILBANK, TWEED, HADLEY & MCCLOY
Phillip Spector, 63, has joined Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy as of counsel to the space business group. Spector was previously executive vice president, business development and general counsel of Intelsat. He will focus on the satellite industry. Spector earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
