Mary Anne Mason , 64, joins Crowell & Moring's antitrust group as a partner. She was previously of counsel to DLA Piper. Mason focuses her practice on aerospace, health care, agriculture, transportation, technology and telecommunications companies. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Jason Eig , 41, joins Dickstein Shapiro as a partner in the corporate and finance group. He was previously special counsel to Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Eig's practice focuses on real estate, finance and corporate transactional matters. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Krista Donahue Drobac , 40, joins DLA Piper as a policy advisor in the government affairs and health care public policy and regulatory groups. She most recently directed the Health Division at the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices.
NORTON ROSE FULBRIGHT
Terry Arbit, 55, joins Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner. He will focus on commodities, futures and derivatives issues. Arbit was previously deputy general counsel for legislative and intergovernmental affairs at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Asha Scielzo, 39, joins Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as special counsel to the health care group. She focuses on compliance matters. She was most recently an adjunct faculty member at American University Washington College of Law. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
