MCGUIREWOODSLouis Greenstein, 40, has joined McGuireWoods' Washington office as partner in the government, regulatory and criminal-investigations practice. He focuses on securities enforcement and compliance matters. Previously, he was a counsel to Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He earned his J.D. from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. He focuses on risk management and mitigation in highly regulated industries. Previously, he was of counsel to Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School. SNR DENTONMegan Delany, 37, has joined SNR Denton's Washington office as principal in the telecom and technology practice. She focuses on legislative and regulatory advocacy for communications industry clients. Previously, she was vice president for governmental affairs and counsel at General Communication Inc.
