FCC head Julius Genachowski is expected to exit the agency. Potential replacements include National Telecommunications Information Administration head Larry Strickling, Neustar Inc. general counsel Scott Blake Harris and Karen Kornbluh, the U.S. ambassador to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
