Naveen Rao, 39, has joined Patton Boggs as of counsel to the aviation practice group. He was previously a senior associate at Jones Day. Rao focuses his practice on U.S. and foreign aviation regulation and policy. Rao earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
