A McLean, Va.-based company that was awarded $166.5 million from the U.S. Justice Department during the past five fiscal years has its fingerprints on the Cobell Indian trust account class action, the Gulf of Mexico oil spill litigation and other recent high-profile legal issues.

Labat-Anderson Inc., which is now part of U.S. Investigations Services LLC, provided automated litigation support services in connection with DOJ’s Cobell and Gulf oil spill work, among other matters. Only two other individual contractors pulled in more for their legal work.
