PROSKAUER ROSE

Connie Bertram, 47, Guy Bren­ner, 38, and Daniel Davis, 37, have joined Proskauer Rose's Washington office as partner, senior counsel and special counsel, respectively. Bertram will serve as co-head of the labor and employment practice, as well as co-head of the government regulatory compliance and relations and the whistleblowing and retaliation groups. Previously, she was the head of Cooley's employment and labor and its government-contractor compliance practice groups. She earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Brenner will serve as co-head of the firm's noncompete and trade secrets group. He focuses on independent-contractor, restrictive-covenant and trade secrets litigation and counseling. Previously, he was a senior associate at Cooley. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Davis focuses on federal employment, labor and whistleblower laws. Previously, he was an associate at Cooley. He earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
