ARNALL GOLDEN GREGORY

Jeffrey Jacobovitz, 57, and David Felt, 62, have joined Arnall Golden Gregory's Washington office as partner and of counsel, respectively, in the government investigations and white-collar crimes, antitrust and regulatory practices. Jacobovitz focuses on antitrust, white-collar defense and complex civil litigation. Previously, he was a partner at McCarthy, Sweeney & Harkaway. He earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. Felt focuses on regulatory compliance examinations, government contracts and corporate governance. Previously, he was the owner and principal at DFL Consulting LLC. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

BRADLEY ARANT BOULT CUMMINGS

John Sweeney, 62, and T. Sky Woodward, 45, have joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings' Washington office as partners in the litigation group. Sweeney focuses on class actions and mass tort litigation involving products liability, consumer protection, environmental and toxic-tort claims. He earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. Woodward represents real estate and financial services companies in environmental, consumer finance and commercial litigation. She earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Both were previously partners at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice.

HOGAN LOVELLS

Charles Clapton, 44, Christopher Walsh, 47, and Mitchell Zamoff, 45, have joined Hogan Lovells' Washington office as partners. Clapton is a member of the health practice, focusing on policy issues. Previously, he was the health policy director of the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions. He earned his J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Walsh focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on transactions, corporate governance and securities law compliance. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law. Zamoff focuses on government and internal investigations and complex commercial litigation, including class actions. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Previously, Walsh and Zamoff were both executive vice presidents and co-general counsel of UnitedHealth Group.

SQUIRE, SANDERS & DEMPSEY

Mark Botti, 53, J. Brady Dugan, 47, and Anthony Swisher, 44, have joined Squire, Sanders & Dempsey's Washington office as partners in the antitrust practice. Previously, all three were partners at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where Botti was head of the antitrust and unfair-competition practice. Botti focuses on government investigations, transactions, government and private litigation and competition policy matters. He earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Dugan focuses on criminal and civil antitrust, fraud and related matters. He earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. Swisher represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with government antitrust investigations of mergers and other transactions. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
