John Sweeney, 62, and T. Sky Woodward, 45, have joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings' Washington office as partners in the litigation group. Sweeney focuses on class actions and mass tort litigation involving products liability, consumer protection, environmental and toxic-tort claims. Previously, he was the health policy director of the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions. He earned his J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Walsh focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on transactions, corporate governance and securities law compliance. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law. Zamoff focuses on government and internal investigations and complex commercial litigation, including class actions. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Previously, Walsh and Zamoff were both executive vice presidents and co-general counsel of UnitedHealth Group.

Dugan focuses on criminal and civil antitrust, fraud and related matters. He earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.
