PROMOTIONS TO PARTNER

Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (Blue Bell, Pa.): Michael Fox and Raymond Mack have been promoted to partner at the firm. Fox focuses on first-party property coverage matters, including property loss and mass and toxic torts. He received his J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2004. Mack focuses on representing insurance carriers in large-loss property subrogation matters. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2003.

NEW ARRIVALS

Bernstein Shur (Portland, Maine): Roma Desai has joined the firm's business restructuring and insolvency practice group as an associate. Desai focuses on bankruptcy and reorganization. She received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2008.

Blank Rome: Four associates have joined the firm. In the Princeton, N.J., office. Rachel Gallagher has joined the general litigation group. Gallagher received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2011. In the New York office, John Bruzina has joined the real estate development group. Bruzina focuses on real estate financing, representing institutional lenders in financing transactions involving loans secured by multifamily and commercial real estate. Previously, he was an associate at Cullen and Dykman. He received his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2007. In the Boca Raton, Fla., office, David Ehrlich has joined the consumer finance litigation group. Ehrlich focuses on commercial and corporate litigation. Previously, he was an associate at Fowler White Burnett. He received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2008. Additionally, Monika Siwiec has joined the consumer finance litigation group. Siwiec focuses on consumer finance litigation and a variety of common law claims. Previously, she was an associate at the Law Offices of McFarlane & Dolan. She received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011.

Coats + Bennett (Cary, N.C.): James Lawrence III has joined the firm as an associate. Lawrence focuses on intellectual property litigation and is responsible for preparing briefs for clients at the trial and appellate level in both state and federal court. He received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2012.

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton (Atlanta): Eben Allen has joined the firm's medical and mechanical devices team as an associate in the Seattle office. Allen focuses on patent prosecution and counseling in the mechanical and medical device fields. He received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2012.

Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider + Grossman (Miami): Stephanie Hauser has joined the firm as an associate. Hauser focuses on complex commercial litigation and labor and employment. She received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011.

Michael Best & Friedrich (Milwaukee): Patricia Jenness has joined the firm's litigation practice group as an associate. Jenness received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2010.
