BUCKLEYSANDLER

Joseph Reilly, 43, will be promoted from counsel to partner in BuckleySand­ler's Washington office, and Aaron Mahler, 32, Kathryn Ryan, 33, and Jon Langlois, 37, will be promoted from associate to counsel — all effective January 1, 2013. Reilly focuses on regulatory matters involving federal and state consumer financial services law. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Mahler focuses on class actions, internal investigations and government enforcement actions. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia. Ryan focuses on licensing, loan fees, disclosures, marketing and advertising. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia. Langlois focuses on mortgage servicing. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

WILLIAMS MULLEN

Eric Berman, 35, has joined Williams Mullen's Washington office as a partner. He focuses on antitrust and competition law. Previously, he was a partner at Baker Botts. He received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
