The Massachusetts Appeals Court has affirmed the kidnapping and battery conviction of a notorious imposter who called himself Clark Rockefeller. The three-judge panel upheld the conviction of Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter on charges of parental kidnapping and assault, for which he faces a maximum of five years in state prison.
