Two lawyers from defunct Dewey & LeBoeuf have opened an Albany, N.Y., office for Cullen and Dykman, a 275-attorney law firm based in Garden City, N.Y. Brian FitzGerald joins as a partner and practices in the areas of utilities, banking, education, litigation and bankruptcy. Joining him is former Dewey associate Gregory Nickson.
