Sullied past leads to SEC mess

There's no question that Gary Prince is a convicted securities felon, a title his lawyers say was never a secret at the Maryland-based satellite systems company where he worked for many years in different positions. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission alleges that Prince was also a corporate officer at the time — a claim his attorneys deny.
