The University of Wisconsin Law School will have more resources to offer faculty members due to a $2.5 million donation from a Chicago utility company.

The school announced the gift on March 1. Late last year, Exelon Corp. gave the school $2 million to establish the Exelon Corp. Faculty Fellowship Fund. Now it has given an additional $500,000 in honor of its retiring chief executive officer, John Rowe, an alumnus of the law school.
