WHO REPRESENTS CORPORATE AMERICA

Many believed that the economic meltdown would lead to a major upheaval in the relationship between corporate legal departments and their outside law firms. Four years after the crash, however, has that revolution come about? Are law firms changing age-old practices and doing everything they can to keep their cherished clients? According to our annual survey of who represents America's biggest companies, the revolution has in reality been a slow-moving evolution.

THE CHARTS

WHO REPRESENTS CORPORATE AMERICA
To determine which law firms represent America’s largest corporations, we searched public records to find outside counsel used by the Fortune 100 for contracts litigation, labor litigation, torts litigation and intellectual property litigation.
