NEW ASSOCIATES

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough (Columbia, S.C.): Robert H. McWilliams Jr. joins the firm's intellectual property practice as an associate in the Charlotte, N.C., office. McWilliams will focus on intellectual property law. He earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009.

Ruden McClosky (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.): Andrew M. Gordon joins the firm's litigation practice group as an associate in the Miami office. Gordon will focus on commercial litigation. Previously, he was a summer associate and law clerk at the firm. He earned his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2009.

NEW ARRIVAL
 
Proskauer Rose (New York): Christophe Baert joins the firm's private equity practice as a senior associate in the Paris office. Baert will focus on fund formation and capital investment transactions in addition to secondary deals and structuring of management companies. Previously, he was a senior associate at SJ Berwin. He earned his law degree from the University of Poitiers.
