NEW ARRIVALS

Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott (Pittsburgh): Mary Mitchell and Enrico J. Pagnanelli join the firm as associates in the Philadelphia office. Mitchell joins the litigation division and will focus her practice on intellectual property law, primarily trademark and copyright litigation and trademark prosecution. Previously, she worked in patent management at Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D. from the Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law in 2009. Pagnanelli joins the corporate and business counseling practice and will focus on corporate law, representing public and privately held corporations on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, private securities offerings, financing and general corporate governance. He also represents companies on intellectual property licensing and outsourcing, as well as general cyberlaw issues. Previously, he was an associate at Duane Morris. He earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2007.

Jackson Lewis: TerRance Q. Woodard joins the firm as an associate in the Miami office. Woodard will focus his practice on advising, counseling and representing management in all aspects of labor, employment and litigation. Previously, Woodward was an associate at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart. He earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2001.

Ober|Kaler: Jeffrey S. Greenberg  joins the firm's creditors' rights, workouts and bankruptcy group as an associate in the Baltimore office. Greenberg represents secured and unsecured creditors and equipment lessors in foreclosures, replevin actions, loan workouts, financings, bankruptcies and related proceedings. Previously, he served as a law clerk to Judge Clayton Greene Jr. of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. He earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2008.
