NEW ARRIVALS

Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart (West Palm Beach, Fla.): Two attorneys join the firm as associates in the West Palm Beach office. William A. Stetson will focus his practice on complex estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, tax controversies and tax-exempt organizations. Previously, Stetson served as Florida state assistant attorney general. Stetson received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2000. Tanya M. Reed will focus her practice on labor and employment litigation. Reed received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006.

DISTINCTIONS

Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel (New York): Four associates from the New York office have received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional designation from the Green Building Certification Institute. The recipients are Inge Hindriks, Elizabeth F. Larsen, Pamela Swidler and Michael S. Warren. Hindriks focuses her practice on general real estate matters. She received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1996. Larsen focuses her practice on the laws governing zoning, historic preservation and public incentives for development. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2006. Swidler focuses her practice on general real estate matters. She received her J.D. from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007. Warren focuses his practice on general real estate matters. He received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2005.
