NEW ARRIVALS

Hanify & King (Boston): Sean Phelan joins the firm's patent litigation practice as an associate in the Washington office. Phelan will focus on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Phelan was a participant in the firm's Boston College Law Fellowship Program. Phelan received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2008.

Krokidas & Bluestein (Boston): Jill Brenner Meixel joins the firm's litigation group as an associate. Meixel will focus on business, real estate and employment matters. Previously, Meixel was a litigation associate at Donnelly, Conroy & Gelhaar in Boston. Meixel  received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.

Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell (Wilmington, Del.): Three attorneys join the firm as associates.

Melissa Troutner joins firm's intellectual property litigation group and will focus on patent, copyright and trademark cases in the area of technology. Previously, Troutner was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, and Dechert in Philadelphia. Troutner received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002. David Arens joins the firm's business reorganization and restructuring group and will focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. Previously, Arens was an associate at Stites & Harbison in Nashville, Tenn. Arens received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2006. Carl Fleming joins the firm's business reorganization and restructuring group. Previously, Fleming was an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York. Fleming received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005.
