NEW ARRIVALS

Hinshaw & Culbertson (Chicago): Zachary A. Harrington joins the firm's business litigation practice as an associate in the Tampa, Fla., office. Harrington will focus his practice on commercial litigation including defense of complex consumer and employee class action lawsuits. Previously, Harrington was an associate at Broad and Cassel. Harrington received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2007.

DISTINCTIONS

Duane Morris (Philadelphia): Three associates from the firm's energy environment and resources practice group in the Washington office have received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional designation from the Green Building Certification Institute. The recipients are Jennifer D. Cook, Sejal C. Shah and Michael A. Splete.  Cook focuses her practice in the areas of energy and utilities law and litigation. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001. Shah focuses her practice on electricity, natural gas and pipeline matters. She received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2004. Splete focuses his practice on matters related to generator interconnection, energy markets and regulation. He received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2002.
