Allen Matkins' Alexander Nestor

NEW ARRIVALS

Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis (Los Angeles): Alexander Nestor joins the labor and employment practice group as senior counsel in the firm's San Francisco office. Nestor will focus on representing employers in employment litigation and arbitration, against single-plaintiff and class-action claims, including wage-and-hour class actions.  Previously, Nestor was an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Nestor received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1999.

NEW ASSOCIATES

Burns & Levinson (Boston): Zachary R. Gates joins the firm’s intellectual property and science and technology practices as an associate. Gates will focus on patent and trademark litigation. Previously, Gates was a litigation associate at Vermont-based Downs Rachlin Martin. Gates received his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2005. 

Moss & Barnett (Minneapolis): Jeffrey S. Waldron and Jeff Y. Lin have joined the firm as associates. Waldron will practice in the firm’s business law and wealth preservation and estate planning practice groups and will focus on all phases of the business life cycle, including formation, operation, acquisition and succession. Waldron received his J.D. from Drake University Law School. Lin will practice in the firm’s energy regulation, communications and infrastructure practice groups. Lin received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
