Firm hands over document said to have been purloined

Motley Rice has agreed to turn over a document under seal to an Ohio state judge. Sherwin-Williams Co. has alleged that the document includes confidential PowerPoint slides detailing the legal costs and insurance coverage associated with litigation against the paint manufacturer over lead pigment, according to court papers filed in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas.
