A federal judge has agreed to push back Stephen Yagman's first day of prison to Jan. 29 after the noted civil rights lawyer requested more time following the death of his aunt in New York. Yagman told U.S. District Judge Stephen V. Wilson that he needed more time to sit shiva, the seven days of mourning under Jewish tradition, as well as wind up his own legal practice.
