This month, the Washington state and South Dakota bar exams will test for federal Indian law, following in the foot steps of New Mexico, which was the first state to test the subject area in October 2006.
Bar exam officials in Arizona, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Montana, Idaho and Oregon are also discussing whether to test the subject.
