The plaintiff appeals the dismissal of her 42 U.S.C. §1983 claims based on allegations that she was used as sexual bait in the investigation of a police sergeant who was allegedly abusing her. Although the decision to gather additional evidence may have been imprudent in light of that already available, the investigators were not deliberately indifferent. The district court's judgment is affirmed. 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, No. 12-10312, 08-08-2013.
