The appellant appeals his sentence and several conditions of his supervised release. Because the appellant stated "[n]o objections" to the admission of an exhibit that included the special conditions that are in conflict with the oral pronouncement, the review is for plain error. The district court did not abuse its discretion by not orally pronouncing the challenged standard conditions, where the subject conditions are categorized as "standard" in the judgment form and there was record evidence supporting these conditions. The district court's judgment is affirmed. 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, No. 12-50517, 08-13-2013.
