The appellant challenges a summary judgment on her claims of alter ego and alleged fraud. The fraud allegation in this veil-piercing suit is based on the same facts alleged and tried in the first suit. As such, it is a collateral attack on the take-nothing judgment for the appellee rather than merely an attempt to enforce the judgment against the company. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. Fort Worth Court of Appeals, No. 02-12-00415-CV, 08-08-2013.
