This is an appeal from a declaratory-judgment suit challenging an Attorney General's open-records ruling. The Public Information Act exceptions do not operate against the Open Meeting Act's requirement that open-meeting "minutes" be made available upon request. The trial court's judgment is affirmed in part, and reversed and rendered in part. Austin Court of Appeals, No. 03-12-00309-CV, 08-08-2013.
