The appellant contends that the trial court erred because there is no evidence, or insufficient evidence, to support the trial court's contract and promissory estoppel findings regarding the sale of nine acres. The trial court may take into consideration all of the facts and surrounding circumstances in connection with the testimony of each witness, and accept or reject all or any part of that testimony. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. Tyler Court of Appeals, No. 12-11-00398-CV, 07-24-2013.
