An insurer denied coverage for seven suits to the appellant, contending the suits were related to other litigation that was filed prior to the policy periods. A condition that narrows the coverage originally created by the Insuring Agreement is an exclusion; here, an endorsement restores coverage originally created in the Policy's Insuring Agreement that would have been excluded by the condition. Because there is a conflict, the policy is ambiguous and must be construed in favor of the insured. The trial court's summary judgment is reversed and remanded.
