Following a divorce, the appellant attempted to obtain a declaratory judgment that a home equity lien was void. The trial court found that the claim was barred by limitations, judicial estoppel and ratification. The lien here was voidable rather than void, and subject to cure. Because suit was filed after the four-year statute of limitations, the trial court's judgment is affirmed.
