An auto dealer appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of an insurer. The insured's failure to somehow prevent an excluded driver from taking her keys and driving the car does not constitute an omission under the policy, and therefore, the auto dealer's rights under the policy are the same as the insured's rights. The trial court's judgment is affirmed.
