The appellants contend that the trial court erred in entering judgment on an allegedly unenforceable settlement agreement. The settlement agreement here describes the property to be conveyed with reasonable certainty, particularly given the recorded and platted nature of the subdivision, the numerous pleadings that describe the disputed property, and the discovery exchanged between the parties. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. Corpus Christi Court of Appeals, No. 13-11-00282-CV, 04-25-2013.
