This is a property dispute between a city and the appellee involving two conflicting judgments. The 2004 judgment was void, therefore it did not convey anything to anyone. Instead, under the 2003 judgment, the city continued to hold fee-simple title. The appellee is statutorily ineligible for "innocent purchaser" status; and equitable estoppel is inapplicable against the government in this case — no evidence suggests deliberate inducement or benefit. The court of appeals' judgment is reversed and the suit is dismissed. Texas Supreme Court, No. 10-1020, 04-05-2013.
