The appellant, who was convicted of the offense of indecency with a child by contact, contends that the trial court's definition of female genitalia was harmful error. The trial court, in effect, directed the attention of the jury to a particular portion of the testimony and granted that testimony its seal of approval by tracking the same. However, because the issue of whether appellant touched the area of the genitalia was not a contested issue, the error was harmless. The trial court's judgment is affirmed.
