From the West and Northwest (Parsippany, etc.)
Take Route 80 east. In Parsippany follow the signs for Route 280 east. Stay on 280 past the Garden State Parkway, following the signs for the Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), which is the third Newark exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right onto McCarter Highway.
Follow McCarter Highway south for approximately one mile. You will pass the Gateway Center on your left. Then go approximately 5 blocks, turning right at the yellow Meineke Car Care Center (Elm Street). Take Elm to its end, turning right onto Mulberry Street. Looking on your right, you'll pass the Law Journal building and then park in the J & L parking lot on the right. The Law Journal building is next to the parking lot. Enter at "238" and walk up to the second floor.
From the North (Passaic, Bergen counties)
Take the Garden State Parkway south to exit 145, following signs to Route 280 east. After the toll plaza, take 280 east, following the signs for the Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), which is the third Newark exit. Continue with the second paragraph of the directions above.
From the South (Shore, Trenton)
Take the Garden State Parkway north from the shore to the N.J. Turnpike north. If you are already on the Turnpike (from New Brunswick or south), head north to exit 13A, marked "Newark Airport/Port Newark." After the toll booth, head north on route 1 past half the airport and then follow the sign to "Route 21, Downtown Newark." Proceed 1 mile over the viaduct and then take the right hand exit marked Broad St. Follow Broad Street 1 mile to the far side of City Hall (large gold dome), and turn right onto Green Street. Go one block, turning right onto Mulberry Street, and an immediate left into the parking lot. The Law Journal building is next to the parking lot. Enter at "238" and walk up to the second floor.
From the West and Southwest From the West and Southwest (Morristown & Hunterdon County-Routes 24 & 78)
Take Route 78 east (from Hunterdon) to the local lanes of Route 24 (from Morristown) to exit 57 (Route 21 North). Proceed 1/2 mile and then take the right hand exit marked Broad St. Follow Broad Street 1 mile to the far side of City Hall (large gold dome), and turn right onto Green Street. Go one block, turning right onto Mulberry Street, and an immediate left into the parking lot. The Law Journal building is next to the parking lot. Enter at "238" and walk up to the second floor.
From New York City
Take the Lincoln Tunnel to the N.J. Turnpike south. Take exit 15W and continue on Route 280 west for 3 miles. As soon as you cross the draw bridge over the Passaic River, take the exit marked Route 21 South. Go down the ramp and take the first immediate left turn. The ramp flows into McCarter Highway (Rt. 21) south. Continue with the second paragraph of the directions under "From the West and Northwest," above.
By Train from New York City or elsewhere
From New York Penn Station, buy a ticket at the NJ Transit booth and take any NJ Transit train that is not a "Midtown Express." The second (sometimes first) stop will be Newark's Penn Station (the Path Train takes longer than NJ Transit). At Newark's Penn Station, come down the stairs and exit the building at the door in front of the information kiosk. You can get a taxi there or walk the half mile to the building. If you walk, make a left at the station's door and walk to Market St. Make a right on Market and go 1 & 1/2 blocks to Mulberry Street. Walk left on Mulberry, passing the Prudential Center, and walk two more blocks. The Law Journal will be on your left, number 238. Walk up to the second floor.

By Auto to Route 280 West (to Parkway North, etc.)
Exit the Parking lot making a right onto Mulberry St. Take a right at the first light (Green St.) Go 2 blocks and turn left at the light onto McCarter Highway. Follow McCarter Highway north past the Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) and then follow the Route 280 sign so that you turn right onto Bridge Street (right after Seabra's "21" Rodizio Restaurant.) Follow the Route 280 signs West, making a left turn under the overpass and then another left onto the ramp to 280.
By Auto to Route 280 East (to New York City and NJ Turnpike)
Exit the parking lot making a left onto Mulberry St. Take an immediate right onto Franklin St. and another right at the first light, onto Broad St. Follow Broad St. one mile, and immediately after the railroad overpass, turn right up the ramp onto 280 East, toward Harrison/Jersey City. 280 will take you to the Turnpike.
By Auto to Routes 24/78 West and Parkway South
Exit the parking lot making a left onto Mulberry St. Continue on Mulberry straight as it merges into McCarter Highway. Continue on McCarter straight for one mile. At the top of the viaduct, turn right, following signs to Route 24/78 west.
