Q. What if my address changes?
A. Please let us know at least two weeks in advance of any address changes. For faster service, provide your account number. It can be found on your address label.

Q. When does my subscription expire/how can I renew?
A. Your subscription's expiration date is printed on the mailing label. We mail renewal notices beginning 16 weeks prior to the expiration date, either directly to you or to the bill-to address that was given to us when the subscription was ordered. You may of course renew at any time, for a term of 1, 2 or 3 years.

Q. My copy didn't arrive, or it arrived with sections missing. How do I get a replacement?
A. We will be happy to send you a replacement if your copy is lost or stolen, or if you receive an incomplete copy.

If you receive delivery by US Mail, and did not receive the paper, please allow until Wednesday before requesting a replacement copy.

If you receive your copy by one of our hand delivery services, please call us as early as possible so we can get a replacement copy out to you promptly. Calling us by 10 AM can sometimes result in a same day replacement.

Q. What are my delivery options?
A. Most our subscribers receive delivery by US Mail. However, there are other options available at no extra charge which guarantee Monday delivery:

PCF: This service is available in certain geographic areas. Deliveries are made very early in the morning; in office buildings this may mean leaving copies at the front door, at a security desk, etc.

Lawyers' Service is available for firms receiving 10 or more copies at the same address. Lawyers' Service delivers to office addresses only.

Please contact us to inquire if you are interested in a change of delivery service.

Q. How can I get an extra copy/back issue?
A. Single copies of the current issue or back issues for the last six months are available for $10.00 each. Pre-payment is required.
Additional reprint or back issue information

Q. I want to get the paper cheaper. How can I do that?
A. Substantial savings are available for subscribers taking two- or three- year terms. Reduce your paperwork and save! Contact us for details.

Group discounts are available for firms or organizations ordering multiple copies. It is not required that they go to one location and guaranteed Monday delivery service may be available.
