$195M Acquisition for B&G Foods
B&G Foods, a food manufacturer in Parsippany, announced on June 10 it paid $195 million in cash for Robert's American Gourmet Foods, the parent company of snack food Pirate's Booty, of Sea Cliff, N.Y.
Hilltop Bank Sold for $26.9M
Hilltop Community Bancorp in Summit announced on June 5 it has been sold for about $26.9 million in cash to Haven Bancorp of Hoboken. Both operate banks.
N.J. Manufacturing Site Sold
Broadway Stages of Brooklyn, an operator of sound stages and other entertainment production facilities, announced on June 11 it paid about $3 million for the manufacturing plant at 400 N. Woodbury Road in Pitman from DVD and CD producer Sony DADC of Terre Haute, Ind., a division of Tokyo-based electronics company Sony.

Rental-car provider Hertz of Park Ridge announced on June 11 its United Kingdom subsidiary in London has acquired CCL Vehicle Rentals, a provider of car-accident services in Dorset, England.
