Each weekday evening, the New Jersey Law Journal publishes a newsletter called the Daily Decision Alert, written by Susan Clapp, editor. The DDS Alert lists under subject matter headings one-sentence descriptions (squibs) of the 15-30 court opinions of that day.

Subscriptions to the DDS Alert are delivered by e-mail for $425 per year. To order, click here.

As a bonus, each law office that subscribes to the DDS Alert is eligible to obtain the electronic archive of the Daily Decision Service squibs from 1994 to the present if the office agrees to the required licensing terms. This enables simple searches in Word software by category, case name, or keyword search of the information in the squibs. This is the same archive that is available to paid subscribers to this Web site and is the only such archive available that includes unpublished New Jersey decisional law.
