Tapes of 9-1-1 Calls in Flight Case Too Inflammatory for Jury To Hear

A state appeals court throws out a motorist's conviction of fleeing police, finding the jury should not have been allowed to hear tapes of "frantic" and "highly prejudicial" 9-1-1 calls by another driver who followed the defendant from an accident scene.
