Han Kun Law Recruits Two Partners

Beijing-based Han Kun Law Offices has hired two new partners.
Jun He is joining Han Kun from Concord Partners in Shanghai, where he was a corporate partner. Leanne Zheng is coming aboard from the Beijing office of Jones Day, where she was an associate and litigation team leader.
Jun focuses on mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment deals. He has particular experience acting for clients in the media and entertainment as well as mining and resources sectors. Before joining Concord in 2009, Jun spent a year as a visiting associate with Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago. Prior to that, he was an associate at Beijing-based DeHeng Law Offices.
Zheng advises on a variety of disputes, including those related to foreign investment, corporate governance, contracts and intellectual property. She has also worked on white-collar criminal defense matters. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2006, Zheng was a judge for nine years with the Beijing First Intermediate Court.
Han Kun Law Offices has more than 70 lawyers in its Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen offices.
