Since most of the 40,000 people using kCura in a month are engaged in document review, says kCura President and CEOAndrew Sieja, the new review platform aims to go "back to the reviewer" with new improvements in document viewing and coding, as well as new tools for case managers to build custom applications and workspaces.

Enter Nextpoint, a trial support software and services provider, whose Cloud Preservation product creates an archive of content from cloud-based resources like websites, blogs, and Facebook.

Exterro Adds Zeta Data Management Tool to Fusion Platform

Exterro added Zeta, a data management tool, to its Fusion platform, which already includes a workflow engine, collaboration framework, and an ESI vault, as well as software modules for data mapping, legal hold, and workflow management. Zeta adds the ability to analyze data relevant to litigation or an investigation, more commonly known as early case assessment, and then cull and collect the information and place it in a storage container.
