• University of Florida Levin College of Law and EDRM are offering a two-day event, "E-Discovery for the Small and Medium Case." Reports William Hamilton: "Our conference is for the everyday case, the small and medium case. It is really an outreach program to the bar and litigation support professionals. The idea was initially generated by the new Florida state court e-discovery rules (September 1, 2012) and the new ABA commentary on technological competence," he said.
"Most programs and conferences talk about what to do at a high level that just frustrates the regular attorney who leaves the typical one hour CLE scared and frustrated, but not knowing what to do.
